Job summary

OrderYOYO in the Netherlands is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and development within your region. You will be the key local contact and ensure regional activities align with the company’s commercial objectives.

You will lead a field sales team of 4–10 BDMs, work with internal stakeholders to maximize performance, and manage partner restaurants' acquisition, activation, and profitability. This role demands strategic leadership and hands-on field presence.

• Lead and develop a field sales team of 4–10 BDMs.

• Acquire restaurants and ensure onboarding.
• Maximise revenue and profitability of existing partners.
• Monitor and optimise marketing activities.
• Recruit, train and onboard new employees.
