Job summary

VERTROUWELIJK in the Netherlands is seeking a Store Performance Lead to analyse 11 points of sale, identify business drivers, and establish action plans with Store Managers.

You will drive sales growth, communicate launches, and ensure implementation across stores. You will also manage stock, openings/closures, and brand-compliant store presentation.

Reporting to management, you will coordinate with HQ departments and ensure compliant retail operations across the network.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the performance of 11 points of sale in the Netherlands (standalone stores, concessions and outlet) and identify key business drivers; manage category performance and establish action plans with Store Managers
• Drive and ensure sales growth
• Communicate key information regarding weekly/monthly launches and ensure that it is read, understood and implemented
• Monitor and manage stock levels and processes (inventory, cash discrepancies in department stores, end-of-season returns)
• Prepare and manage new store openings as well as potential store closures
• Ensure that window displays and store layouts comply with brand guidelines and recommendations
• Plan store visits to provide operational support in sales, merchandising and stock management, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Provide regular reporting to management, ensuring that all relevant and useful information is communicated clearly, in accordance with agreed reporting formats and frequency
• Recruit employees and oversee onboarding, training, performance evaluation and skills development
• Oversee personnel administration for the stores within the area
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation
• Identify and manage conflicts involving or between team members
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive, well-organized approach
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a good numerical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
