PULL&BEAR in the Netherlands seeks an Assistant Store Manager who supports the Store Manager, leads on the shop floor, and drives a welcoming, brand-aligned store experience. You monitor performance, manage products, replenishment, deliveries, and prepare the store for key trading moments.

You coordinate the team, assist with scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and development, and uphold visual guidelines, customer service, and Health & Safety standards.

• Lead store operations and commercial activities to meet brand standards.

• Coordinate team scheduling, recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Uphold Health & Safety, security and sustainability procedures.
• Support Store Manager on coaching staff and building a culture of accountability.
