Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a regional Operations Manager to develop and onboard franchise network sites across the Benelux region, with frequent on-site travel. Qualifications

• Ability to work across the Benelux region with frequent on-site visits and driving-based travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard franchise network sites within the assigned region.
• Manage daily network site operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and standards.
• Monitor regional KPIs and drive improvement actions based on data.
• Interact with franchisees and internal teams to ensure performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with sorting centers, transportation, and customer service to resolve issues.
• Monitor capacity during peak seasons and coordinate resources accordingly.
• Prepare network site inspection and regional operation reports; alert management to risks.
