Carhartt EMEA/PAC is seeking a Financial Controller to drive monthly and annual financial closing, consolidation and reporting. You will partner with managers to optimize processes, coordinate budgeting and forecasting, and oversee accounts payable and VAT declarations across European entities.

The role reports to the Manager Finance and requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, with strong Excel and SAP S4/HANA skills, and a proactive, multilingual mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including consolidation of accounts and international VAT declarations.
• Strong numerical insight and analytical ability.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in an international wholesale/retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and report monthly and yearly financial closing and consolidation.
• Partner with managers to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting with leadership and global teams.
• Oversee Accounts Payable activities and VAT declarations.
• Prepare monthly management reports for Senior Leadership reviews.
