Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Facilities Management leader to oversee regional operations across multiple countries. You will drive service delivery, manage outsourced providers, and lead initiatives to optimize costs and performance.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, ensure safety and compliance, and translate business needs into effective facilities solutions. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, real estate, workplace services, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing facilities operations across multiple countries and cultures.
• Minimum 5 years managing outsourced service providers and vendor relationships.
• Strong service delivery management experience in complex organizations.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process industries is preferred.
• Leadership experience in facilities, workplace, or infrastructure projects.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional point of contact for facilities management across multiple countries and locations.
• Build relationships with regional business leaders, site management teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead performance reviews with internal customers and external providers.
• Drive service excellence through KPIs, SLAs, and performance management.
• Manage escalations and resolve service issues and customer concerns.
• Translate regional needs into facilities solutions and initiatives.
• Promote safety, security, and compliance across locations.
• Manage outsourced facilities service providers and ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Drive standardization and best-practice adoption across sites.
• Manage regional facilities budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support decisions.
• Benchmark facilities and workplace costs.
• Oversee financial performance of facilities projects and activities.
• Identify and prioritize facility-related improvements.
• Lead workplace, infrastructure, and building projects across countries.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and budget.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Apply data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
• Enhance customer experience and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Support best-practice implementation across the regional portfolio.
