Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking a Regional Engineer to support data center projects from tender through live delivery. You will oversee engineering strategy, governance, and temporary works, coordinating with TWCs, TWSs, and project teams to maintain safety, quality, and compliance on site.

The role requires broad project oversight, site visits, and ongoing reporting to drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of temporary works procedures and engineering governance.
• Experience assessing and appointing Temporary Works Coordinators.
• Experience providing engineering governance across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to projects during tender and construction.
• Attend settlement meetings to confirm engineering strategy.
• Undertake construction and tender stage reviews.
• Carry out supply chain construction reviews and temporary works vetting.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Carry out regular site visits for technical support and oversight.
• Produce monthly reporting and compile findings from TWCs and project teams.
• Promote engineering quality guidance and best practice across regions.
