Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Regional Engineer to support data center projects from tender to live construction. You will oversee engineering governance, supervise TWCs, and drive best practice across a regional portfolio while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and feasibility assessment across multiple sites, with a focus on safety and quality in delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience coordinating across projects and regions.
• Knowledge of temporary works procedures and governance.
• Experience auditing and improving engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to projects from tender through to live construction.
• Attend site meetings and confirm engineering strategy for projects.
• Undertake construction reviews and temporary works vetting.
• Carry out site visits to provide technical support and oversight.
• Assess and appoint Temporary Works Coordinators (TWCs).
• Develop training plans and promote engineering best practice.
