Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited seeks an experienced EHS Expert to support and manage Environmental, Health & Safety operations across data center projects in Europe and the Middle East. The role requires strong knowledge of international EHS standards and hands-on incident response experience to build and implement EHS systems in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience, or 3+ years in data center EHS.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and local regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in EHS incident response and emergency management.
• Experience implementing EHS management systems in operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency required; Chinese preferred.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities or data centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EHS implementation for regional data center operations in Europe and the Middle East.
• Manage real-time response and resolution of EHS incidents with internal teams and emergency services.
• Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Design and optimize EHS policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Promote safety culture through training and awareness programs.
• Ensure operations comply with international standards and local regulations.
• Support local teams in handling EHS alerts and incident management.
