Job summary

McArthurGlen Group in the Netherlands seeks a Regional Communications Manager to cover maternity leave for six months. The role sits in Marketing and involves leading consumer and corporate communications across the Netherlands and cross-border markets in Germany and Belgium.

Travel required two days per week to Roermond and one visit monthly to Roosendaal. You will develop strategic communications, steer external PR agencies, manage media, and advise senior stakeholders on reputation and crisis

Qualifications

• Strong communications and PR experience in consumer-facing sectors.
• Experience developing and delivering strategic communications programmes.
• Proven experience managing agencies and working across multiple markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic communications and PR plans across three markets.
• Lead external PR agencies and drive media and influencer engagement.
• Create compelling stories around campaigns, partnerships, events and store openings.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior stakeholders.
• Support reputation and crisis communications.
