Job summary

InkarasBio is recruiting a Territory Manager for the central, eastern and northern Netherlands to take the airway portfolio into major hospitals in the east and north.

You will work closely with a West Netherlands colleague, build relationships with anaesthesiologists, intensivists, OR and ICU teams, and lead tenders with regional support.

A clinical background, fluent Dutch and professional English, plus a valid driving licence are required as you travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience selling medical devices into hospitals.
• Understanding of how Dutch hospitals buy: purchasing processes, tenders, budgets.
• Exposure to operating theatres, ICU, anaesthesia or emergency care is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with anaesthesiologists, intensivists, emergency physicians, pulmonologists, OR and ICU teams, and hospital procurement.
• Grow the existing customer base, and open major hospitals where there is no relationship yet.
• Lead tenders for your accounts, with support from regional and country management.
• Work closely with your West Netherlands colleague, sharing information and building on each other's work.
• Develop clinical advocates and key opinion leaders across your region.
