SMART Photonics in Eindhoven is seeking a Recruiter to scale Production and Operations during an exciting scale-up. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define needs and execute hiring strategies.

You bring 2–3 years in operational recruitment, strong connections in the Brainport region, fluency in English and Dutch, and a proactive ownership mindset. This on-site role offers 25% remote and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of operational recruitment experience, preferably Brainport region
• Experience building recruitment pipelines for Operations/Production in semiconductor environments
• Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Ownership mindset: proactive, accountable, solutions-focused

Responsabilités

• End-to-end recruitment for operational cleanroom roles (operators, technicians, shift engineers)
• Deliver a fast, engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies
• Proactively source and headhunt within the Dutch high-tech and semiconductor ecosystem
• Build talent pipelines and support direct hiring
• Coordinate interview processes and drive hiring decisions
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding
• Represent SMART Photonics at local events and strengthen its ecosystem presence
• Connect with the ecosystem and build an integrated photonics pipeline
