Job summary

Eming Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Recruiter to build a talent pool and match candidates to assignments. You will interview, screen CVs, draft job descriptions, and maintain records. The role is based at our Apeldoorn headquarters with regular travel to visit clients across the Netherlands.

Fluent in English and Romanian; Dutch is an asset. Vocational or bachelor's level education; available for at least 32 hours per week; salary commensurate with experience.

As a Recruiter, you will build your own talent pool and match candidates to suitable assignments. Experience is not required; we would be happy to teach you the ropes.

You will work from our headquarters in Apeldoorn, where you will be part of a close-knit and ambitious team. You will also regularly travel throughout the Netherlands to visit clients, strengthen relationships, and gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs.
