Job summary

Qualifications

• Expérience préalable en hôtellerie appréciée.

• Accueillir nos clients et gérer le check-in/check-out.
• Traiter les appels entrants et fournir des informations sur Amsterdam.

Some tasks are:

• Welcome our guests
• Check-in and checkout
• Handling incoming phone calls
• Provide the guest with information about what Amsterdam has to offer
• Stock the reception so everything will be ready for another busy day
• Dealing with guest complaints
• Handle all front office administration
• Ensure the lobby is well presented
• Ensure all of our guests are satisfied

• You have some previous hospitality experience
• You have excellent hospitality – and communication skills. English is required; it would be great if you speak another language as well
• You love to work with people
• You are responsible
• You show a flexible mindset, taking into account the needs and wishes of our guests during our varying events
• Being hands-on and you act proactively to problems, issues, and or concerns
