JLL is seeking a Receptionist to join the site-based Facilities Management team in Amsterdam. You will be the first point of contact for staff, contractors and visitors, greeting them and directing them to events and meetings in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Flexibility in working hours and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed.

The Receptionist will work as part of the site based Facilities Management team acting as the first point of contact for all staff, contractors and visitors attending site welcoming them to the site and assisting in checking them in/directing them to events/meetings etc. This role would be ideal for an individual with front of house management experience looking for the next step in their career in a fast paced, customer facing environment which is going through rapid expansion.
