myTomorrows is looking for a Real-World Data Specialist in Amsterdam to lead planning and execution of RWD studies within Expanded Access Programs and other non-interventional studies.

You will coordinate with clients, physicians, site staff, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data collection, while helping improve processes, templates, and documentation to support high-quality RWD delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Management or Real-world Data.
• Familiar with EDC systems and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines (certification preferred).
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset to contribute to impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and other non-interventional studies.
• Manage communications with clients, physicians, and site staff to ensure data collection.
• Monitor data collection, identify discrepancies or quality risks, and coordinate follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines for RWD collection.
• Refine SOPs, templates, and documentation to improve RWD processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, workflows and tools, and share with teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RWD deliverables with program goals.
