Job summary

myTomorrows in Amsterdam is seeking a Real-World Data Specialist to lead RWD data collection within Expanded Access Programs and other non-interventional studies. You will coordinate with clients, physicians, site staff and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely and compliant data delivery.

You will help improve processes, templates and documentation to support high-quality RWD outputs, while aligning data deliverables with program goals across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
• 2+ years in Data Management, Real-world Data or Clinical Research.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and non-interventional studies.
• Coordinate with clients, physicians and site staff to ensure data collection processes.
• Monitor data collection, identify discrepancies or data-quality risks, and coordinate follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines for RWD collection.
• Refine and maintain SOPs, templates, and documentation to improve RWD study processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, workflows and supporting tools, and share with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RWD deliverables with program goals.
