Job summary

myTomorrows is seeking a senior data analytics professional to lead end-to-end dashboard development and data visualization initiatives. You will transform requirements into accessible BI reports, driving insights for growth and operational decisions.

In collaboration with Data Engineering, you will ensure data quality, scalable pipelines, and robust data models, while mentoring junior analysts and promoting self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or similar role, with mentoring or leadership experience.
• Strong SQL, Tableau, Python, NoSQL, Airflow, Excel, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end dashboards and reports from requirements gathering through data modeling and visualization.
• Analyze data from SQL/NoSQL databases, Airflow, and Excel to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of business-critical dashboards and reports (Tableau/BI tools), from requirements gathering through data modeling and visualization, including core dashboards for program performance, revenue tracking, and patient source attribution.

• Analyze data from SQL/NoSQL databases, Airflow, and Excel to deliver clear, actionable insights and executive-ready reporting that support growth and operational decision-making.

• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, reliable pipelines, and well-structured data models; monitor KPIs and flag trends, bottlenecks, or improvement areas across programs, funnels, and revenue.

• Mentor junior analysts, share best practices in analytics and visualization, and enable self-service reporting across the business.

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience : 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, ideally in tech or digital health, including experience mentoring analysts or leading data projects.

• Skills : Strong SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Tableau/BI dashboarding; Python (pandas/numpy) for data cleaning and analysis; familiarity with NoSQL and Airflow; advanced Excel; strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
