Job summary

Insify ищет опытного frontend‑разработчика на Amsterдам, работающего с React, TypeScript и CMS(Contentful/Sanity/Storyblok). В вашей роли вы будете развивать веб‑площадки и контент‑мрандры под европейский рынок, участвуя в оптимизации производительности и доступности.

Условия гибридного формата: 3 дня в офисе в Амстердаме, 2 дня удалённо, с возможностью до 4 недель удалённой работы за границей. Высокий уровень ответственности и возможность влиять на продукт.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта разработки приложений на React, TypeScript, HTML и CSS.
• Умение быстро писать чистый и поддерживаемый код.
• Ответственность и ориентация на результат, включая работу за пределами стека при необходимости.
• Навык создания инструментов, которые ускоряют работу коллег.
• Умение эффективно использовать ИИ в повседневной работе и объяснить влияние.
• Любопытство и настрой на рост, готовность к экспериментам и принятию обратной связи.

Responsibilities

• Строить, редактировать и поддерживать лендинги и блоги для привлечения и конверсии.
• Расширять дизайн-систему за счет повторно используемых блоков.
• Ускорять запуск новых стран и продуктов через конфигурацию и модели контента.
• Строить AI‑инструменты для контент‑генерации, проверки и анализа.
• Выпускать эксперименты роста от гипотезы до живого теста.
• Оптимизировать Core Web Vitals, SEO, использование AI‑помощников.
• Реализовывать точные интерфейсы, анимацию и доступность.
• Вести CI/CD и инфраструктуру Netlify для сайта, скорость и мониторинг ошибок.
• Сотрудничать с командами Engineering, Product, Design и Marketing для качественного пользовательского опыта.

Insify sells insurance products to small businesses in the Netherlands, Germany, and France, and is expanding into additional markets. The company is building an AI-powered SME insurance business for the European market.

Задачи

• Build, edit, and maintain landing pages and blog articles that drive acquisition and conversion;
• Grow the design system with reusable blocks that the growth team can compose independently;
• Make new countries and products cheaper to launch through configuration and content models;
• Build AI-powered internal tools for content generation, review, and analysis;
• Ship growth experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to live test;
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, SEO, ChatGPT, and other AI search visibility;
• Implement pixel-perfect interfaces, animation, and screen-reader accessibility;
• Own CI/CD and Netlify infrastructure for the website, including speed and error monitoring;
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing to deliver a strong customer experience.

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience building applications with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Ability to ship fast, clean, and maintainable code;
• Ownership and impact mindset, including working beyond the direct stack across data, backend, and frontend when needed;
• Enablement mindset and ability to build tools that make other people faster;
• Ability to use AI effectively in daily work and explain where it helped or hurt;
• Curiosity and growth mindset, with a willingness to experiment, seek feedback, and learn quickly;
• Nice to have: Experience with Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, or similar headless CMS;
• experience with Gatsby, Next.js, Astro, or another static site generator;
• experience with A/B testing and SEO.
