Job Description (8-14 years in development, operations) and a strong end-to-end RBM knowledge base; experience in Billing domain is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Netcracker RBM platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot billing processes, revenue assurance, and data integrity issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement RBM configurations.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Support integration with other OSS/BSS systems and third-party platforms.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for RBM-related issues.
• Provide operational support during product launches, migrations, and upgrades.
• Document operational procedures, configurations, and best practices.

Must have skills

• End-to-end RBM/NRM knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Rating and Billing configuration, SQL, PLSQL APIs, Unix, Perl scripts, Oracle
• Experience in rating, billing, bill formatting, reporting and financials on RBM/NRM
• Knowledge of RBM/NRM entity relationships

Billing domain and capabilities

• Billing processes: postpaid billing, CDR flow, rating and discounting, bill generation, payments & collections, revenue journaling
• Functional knowledge on Billing, Payments and Collections, including product sharing, accounts receivables, revenue reconciliation, migrations
• Post-billing: online and offline payments, finance reporting, journaling and reporting
• Interfaces: 3rd party settlements, CRM, revenue share, order orchestration

Qualifications

• Experience in the billing domain with hands-on configuration and integration experience
• Experience with integration to upstream systems (ordering, mediation) and downstream systems (finance, bill formatter)
