Job summary

NRG PALLAS is seeking a Project Manager Innovations to lead multidisciplinary innovation projects in radiopharmaceutical production within GMP-regulated environments. You will own projects from early concepts through implementation and transfer to operations, coordinating scientists, engineers and stakeholders, and ensuring safety, quality and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, engineering or life sciences environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary development and implementation projects.
• Proven success managing project scope, budgets, timelines, resources and risk.
• Experience within GMP-regulated manufacturing or development environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent command of English.
• Dutch is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects from concept development through implementation and operational handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of scientists, engineers, technicians, operators, and external partners.
• Align project objectives with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage project scope, risks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Drive project activities related to process development, scale-up, equipment implementation, qualification, validation, and technology transfer.
• Monitor project performance and provide clear progress reporting to management and steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, applicable regulations, and radiological safety standards.
• Facilitate effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
