Job summary

Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands is seeking an Assistant Professor in Radar Remote Sensing. You will conduct pioneering research in active phased-array radar systems for remote sensing applications and lead an independent research line with a long-term vision.

You will teach Bachelor’s and Master’s courses, supervise PhD candidates and MSc projects, and build collaborations with academia, industry and government.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Publications in peer‑reviewed journals and conferences.
• Experience with radar remote sensing or related areas.
• Ability to secure research funding and write proposals.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an independent radar remote sensing research line.
