Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking an Electronics Mechanic to build the high‑tech core of our radar systems at our Delft site. You will assemble complex components, perform precision soldering, and cabling, working closely with Production & Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure reliable performance.

The role emphasizes testing with oscilloscopes and Vector Network Analysers, fault resolution, and creating clear work descriptions and test plans from electrical diagrams and layouts.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 or BA in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in high-tech assembly roles.
• Experience with electronics, mechatronics, and PCBs.
• Strong ability to read electrical diagrams and layouts.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes and Vector Network Analysers.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Proactive with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Component assembly and cabling of radar components following strict technical requirements.
• Testing and measurement using advanced equipment; support QC testing during system phases.
• Fault resolution and quality work; create detailed Quality Alerts for process improvement.
• Documentation and planning: produce detailed work descriptions and test plans from schematics.
