Job summary
Robin Radar Systems is seeking a Production Engineer to diagnose and resolve challenges on the factory floor, ensuring assembly processes run smoothly and reliably. You will work with Operations, Engineering, PM, and Quality, reporting to the Team Lead Production Engineering, with hands-on impact on product reliability and output speed.
The role covers NPI support, process setup, time studies, and tool maintenance, fostering continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- BA or BSc in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years in high-tech manufacturing or assembly.
- Familiar with electronics, mechatronics, PCBs, and electrical diagrams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Document and standardize work instructions under Senior Engineer guidance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and potential software issues.
- Maintain assembly records and feed insights back to engineering.
- Support new product introductions by preparing workstations and docs.
- Conduct time studies to improve line efficiency.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety regulations.
