Job summary

TKH Security is seeking a People Manager for its Software R&D department in Zoetermeer. You will lead a team of 15 developers and an R&D Manager, driving leadership, collaboration, and growth across product teams.

You will ensure bottleneck resolution and SSDLC adherence to quality and security standards. The role emphasizes coaching, scalable delivery, and alignment with roadmaps shaped by product management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in management or as a Scrum Master, preferably within complex IT environments;
• Practical knowledge of SSDLC and good development practices;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;
• You have a perfect understanding of the English and Dutch language;
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and identifying improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15 software developers and another R&D Manager.
• Provide leadership, management, and direction to ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and develop team members aligning growth with organizational needs.
• Identify bottlenecks in the software development process and guide improvements.
• Oversee the SSDLC to maintain high standards and secure results on time.
