Job summary

TKH Security is seeking a Technical Specialist to resolve faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and update software for CCTV and access control systems. You will provide phone and on-site support to customers and plan service visits according to SLAs.

You will spend time at our Zoetermeer head office and on-site at customer sites, with opportunities for professional growth and a modern, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Affinity with IT and ICT.
• Experience with video management and/or CCTV is a plus.
• Have a valid driving licence B.

What will you do?

As a Technical Specialist at TKH Security, you're responsible for resolving faults, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and updating software, including reporting. You provide phone and/or on-site support to customers and solve their complex technical issues. With your curiosity, you quickly get to the heart of a problem, and thanks to your interest in and experience with video management, CCTV and/or access control systems, you solve issues with ease and help our customers in the best possible way.

You plan service visits based on the agreements (SLA) made with the customer. In short, you're the Technical Specialist our customers can rely on.

Who are we looking for?

As a Technical Specialist, we expect that you:
