Jacobs Douwe Egberts UK in Utrecht invites you to an R&D Quality intern starting March 2027. You will study quality risks across coffee processing facilities and support standardization with central and factory teams.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in risk analysis, SOP updates, and reporting, with 5 months duration, four in-office and one remote day per week. The internship includes €525 monthly and travel compensation.

Qualifikationen

• enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship
• fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
• structured, driven and able to work in a team and independently
• committed to at least 5 months (March 2027 – August 2027)
• available for 5 days per week (4 in-office, 1 remote)

Aufgaben

• Conduct literature reviews on quality-related risks in processing environments
• Map current quality risks across JDE factories and review tech for quality improvement
• Understand and comply with local, national and international food safety regs and certifications
• Analyse past quality recalls and contamination incidents
• Support SOP and training material updates and quality classification criteria
• Collaborate with quality and R&D teams to interpret findings and recommend improvements
• Contribute to standardization across facilities and prepare data reports and visuals
