Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Utrecht offers an R&D Coffee Academy Intern role starting March 2027. You will support the Coffee Academy, an on-site training program, and help improve the academy while gaining hands-on experience within a global coffee team.

The internship runs five months with a mix of in-office and remote work, including a focus on learning through workshops and knowledge sharing. You will collaborate with experts across the Coffee Mastery team and the broader organization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Learning & Development or Communication.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English.
• Structured, driven and energetic personality with excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing trainings and events.
• Upgrade and improve the Coffee Academy with fresh ideas.
• Maintain and enhance the digital knowledge hub.
• Develop an engaging remote concept for the Coffee Academy.
• Create workshops to spread passion for coffee among stakeholders.
