Job summary

ITEC is redefining Semiconductor Manufacturing and seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager R&D to lead complex technology development projects from concept to product release. You will balance scope, quality, planning, cost and risk while aligning technical and business objectives in a highly technical, international environment.

You will steer multidisciplinary teams through the full development cycle, from requirements and design to prototyping, integration, verification and validation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical engineering discipline.
• Around 10 years project management experience, preferably within high‑performance equipment development.
• Proven experience leading complex R&D projects in a technical business environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment or comparable high‑performance machinery is an advantage.
• PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver projects within the agreed scope, quality, schedule and budget.
• Create transparency on project progress, risks, dependencies and topics requiring escalation.
• Ensure the right project resources and competencies are available to achieve project goals.
• Identify and manage project risks and establish contingency plans where needed.
• Manage changes in project scope and support well-informed decision-making.
• Ensure projects follow applicable quality standards and development processes.
• Contribute your experience and ideas to continuously improve our project management methods, tools and ways of working.
