Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification preferred (yellow/green belt).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes for advanced medical devices to ensure high product quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
  • Perform process validation activities understanding process input–output interactions.
  • Work hands-on with high tech manufacturing technologies such as laser cutting, laser welding, automated assembly, and optical measurement systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support product design improvements and process readiness.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyse production processes and implement sustainable optimizations.
  • Support transfer and scaling of manufacturing processes from concept through market launch.
  • Document, analyze, and communicate technical results aligned with milestones and regulatory requirements.
