Job summary

Boars Head Brand in the Netherlands seeks a detail-oriented documents coordinator to manage processing documents for manufacturing. You will maintain a database of formulations, batch sheets, process flows and historical data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, QA and Operations to ensure compliance, traceability and up-to-date documentation. You will analyze data, audit records, and support training across production facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Food Science or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a food science/QA/Regulatory environment preferred.
• Experience maintaining GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory documents advisable.
• Strong data management and analytical skills; attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and create processing documents for manufacturing of Boars Head products.
• Maintain database of formulations, batch sheets, process flows, and historical data.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with Regulatory to ensure compliance.
• Calculate nutritional requirements and restricted ingredients as needed.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to keep documentation up to date.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate changes in documentation and processing sheets.
• Audit in-process documentation across production facilities.
• Train associates on process documents and SOPs.
