JDE Peet’s in Utrecht is offering a Learning Experience Designer intern position within the R&D Coffee Academy, starting March 2027. You will translate expert knowledge into engaging, digital learning modules and work with senior topic owners to define objectives and content.

You should be enrolled in a MSc program, have a portfolio of learning modules, and be skilled with digital learning platforms and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MSc program for entire internship and able to link thesis.
• Strong interest in learning design and knowledge transfer.
• Portfolio including learning modules and journey design.
• Hands-on experience with digital learning tools and AI-assisted content.

Responsibilities

• Design and digitize expert modules for R&D.
• Collaborate with senior owners to define objectives and audience.
• Choose delivery method (online, blended, or in-person) and create updates.
• Translate materials into engaging digital content using provided tools.
