Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht invites you to join the R&D Coffee Academy as a Learning Experience Designer intern. You will translate expert knowledge into engaging, structured digital modules and collaborate with senior topic owners to shape measurable learning outcomes across coffee processing, quality, and sustainability.

This internship, starting March 2027, offers hands-on design work, a clear skills framework per module, and the chance to contribute to training that supports global R&D.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MSc program for the internship duration and able to link thesis to internship.
• Strong interest in learning design, knowledge transfer, and capability building.
• Portfolio including learning modules, frameworks, and learning journey design.

Responsibilities

• Design and digitise expert modules; translate knowledge into engaging digital formats.
• Collaborate with senior topic owners to define learning objectives and audiences.
• Decide on online, blended, or in-person formats (videos, self-paced modules, workshops).
• Convert existing materials into updated digital modules using listed tools.
• Create a competence/skills framework per module for cross-R&D use.
