Job summary

Trinamics is assisting an internationally operating high-tech company in the Eindhoven region with a Quality Supplier Manager role. You will oversee a group of suppliers within Electronics & Machine Conditioning during ramp-up, ensuring no non-conforming parts reach global factories and avoiding downtime.

You’ll lead day-to-day supplier quality, drive root-cause analyses, plan inspections and audits, analyse data for trends, mentor colleagues, and report on quality performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with extensive supplier quality experience.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple suppliers.
• Practical command of 8D methodology.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 quality requirements.
• Experience with audits, inspections and data analysis in high-tech/manufacturing.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Additional quality certifications may be required.

Our client is an internationally operating high-tech company in the Eindhoven region that develops and produces complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry. Production runs across a global network of factories, supported by an extensive international supplier base. Quality is a central theme within the organisation, with dedicated clusters focusing on specific technology domains such as electronics and machine conditioning.

What you'll do

As Quality Supplier Manager you take responsibility for a group of suppliers within the Electronics & Machine Conditioning cluster during a ramp-up phase. Your goal: no outflow of non-conforming products to the global factories, and no downtime as a result.

• Manage supplier quality on a day-to-day operational level and drive structural improvement at the same time
• Act as the link between the factories, the field organisation and the suppliers
• Lead root cause analyses and secure on-time, high-quality 8D reports
• Plan and lead inspections, audits and tests, and safeguard adherence to the applicable quality standards
• Analyse quality data to identify trends and risks, and translate findings into concrete improvement actions
• Lead process improvement projects at cluster level together with cross-functional teams
• Report on quality performance and contribute to the further development of quality procedures and management systems
• Share your expertise through training material and guidance to less experienced colleagues within the quality domain

What you bring

• A Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field, combined with solid relevant experience — or a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in supplier quality
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple suppliers simultaneously
• Practical command of 8D methodology
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 quality requirements
• Experience with quality audits, inspections and data analysis within a high-tech or manufacturing environment
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Depending on your area of expertise, additional quality certifications may be required

What's on offer

• A gross monthly salary of € 6.500, based on a 40-hour working week
• Holiday allowance, a 13th month and profit sharing on top of your monthly salary
• An assignment of 12 months within a high-tech environment during a ramp-up phase
• A 40-hour working week, day shift, with a hybrid set-up of 3 days per week at the office
• Employment conditions identical to those of the client's own employees, since the client determines these terms, including holiday entitlement and ADV days in line with the client's collective labour agreement
• A broad scope of responsibility across factory, field and supplier, with room to lead improvement projects
