Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System tailored to the Benelux market. You will lead audits and manage CAPA to ensure continuous improvement.

In parallel, you will own and evolve the ISMS in alignment with ISO 27001, conduct risk assessments, promote security awareness, and coordinate incident responses. You will report to the Managing Director and partner with global HQ to ensure local operations meet

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) for regional markets.
• Strong ability to drive process improvements using PDCA.
• Experience leading audits and coordinating with certification bodies.
• Proven CAPA management skills to address deviations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) tailored to the Benelux market.
• Drive continuous improvement (PDCA) by analyzing business processes and optimizing them to support organizational growth.
• Lead audits and act as the primary point of contact for external certification bodies.
• Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) process to ensure quality deviations are addressed structurally.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs to report performance to the local management team.
• Own and evolve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001 and other relevant standards.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust mitigation measures.
• Promote a culture of security by designing and delivering security awareness programs for all employees.
• Coordinate the response to information security incidents and drive the "lessons learned" process.
• Maintain a centralized and professional documentation structure (handbooks, policies, and SOPs).
• Provide direct reporting and strategic advice to the Managing Director on the state of quality and security.
• Collaborate with global headquarters to align local operations with international corporate standards
