Job summary

smarta minds GmbH in Eindhoven seeks a Team Lead Quality Assurance Benelux (gn) to own QA at the Eindhoven site and supervise one colleague in Puurs, Belgium. The role emphasizes strong QA expertise, collaboration with Operations and local management, and leadership development.

You will drive the QMS, audits, CAPA, change control and supplier quality, ensuring alignment NL/BE and a formal leadership path. On-site work required with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Quality Assurance or quality management.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and improving a Quality Management System.
• Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 and practical experience with ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Take direct ownership of product and process quality at the Eindhoven site.
• Maintain, develop and continuously improve the integrated Quality Management System.
• Coordinate and conduct internal, external, supplier and customer audits.
