Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to manage the local Quality Management System for the Benelux market and drive continuous improvement. You will lead audits, manage CAPA, and report KPIs to the local management team.

The role also covers Information Security Management (ISMS) under ISO 27001, conducts risk assessments, and promotes security awareness, aligning with global standards and advising the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) with ISO 9001.
• Proven ability to lead internal and external audits.
• Strong track record in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ability to define and monitor quality KPIs and report to management.
• Experience coordinating ISMS elements and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS (ISO 9001) for Benelux market.
• Drive continuous improvement through PDCA and process optimization.
• Lead audits and serve as primary contact for certification bodies.
• Manage CAPA process to address quality deviations.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs reporting to local management.
• Own ISMS alignment with ISO 27001 and related standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Deliver security awareness programs and incident response guidance.
• Maintain centralized documentation and report to Managing Director.

Job description

Quality Assurance (QA) Lead:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001) tailored to the Benelux market.
• Drive continuous improvement (PDCA) by analyzing business processes and optimizing them to support organizational growth.
• Lead audits and act as the primary point of contact for external certification bodies.
• Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) process to ensure that quality deviations are addressed structurally.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs to report performance to the local management team.

Security Management (ISMS):

• Own and evolve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001 and other relevant standards.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust mitigation measures.
• Promote a culture of security by designing and delivering security awareness programs for all employees.
• Coordinate the response to information security incidents and drive the "lessons learned" process.

Integrated Management:

• Maintain a centralized and professional documentation structure (handbooks, policies, and SOPs).
• Provide direct reporting and strategic advice to the Managing Director on the state of quality and security (Management Reviews).
• Collaborate with global headquarters to align local operations with international corporate standards
