Team Lead Quality Assurance Benelux (gn)

Do you have strong experience in Quality Assurance, audits and quality management systems and want to take the next step into a formal leadership role?

For our client, an international provider of cleanroom and contamination-control solutions for highly regulated industries, we are looking for a Team Lead Quality Assurance Benelux (gn) based in Eindhoven.

In this role, you will take direct ownership of Quality Assurance at the Eindhoven site while also taking disciplinary responsibility for one team member based in Puurs, Belgium.

Previous disciplinary leadership experience is not required. What matters most is strong QA expertise, professional credibility and the ability to work confidently with Operations and local management.

Your responsibilities:

• Take direct ownership of product and process quality at the Eindhoven site
• Maintain, develop and continuously improve the integrated Quality Management System
• Coordinate and conduct internal, external, supplier and customer audits
• Manage non-conformities and ensure structured follow-up of corrective actions
• Coordinate CAPA, change-control, validation and qualification activities
• Prepare and review quality agreements with customers and suppliers
• Take responsibility for the local supplier quality process
• Ensure strong alignment between Quality Assurance activities in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Take disciplinary responsibility for one employee based at the Puurs site and support their professional development

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance or quality management
• Strong hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and improving a Quality Management System
• Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 and practical experience with ISO 14001
• Strong audit experience, ideally including customer, supplier, internal and external audits
• Practical experience with CAPA, non-conformity management and change control
• Experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or food production
• Good understanding of hygiene, cleanroom or contamination-control requirements
• Fluent Dutch and English
• An analytical, confident and pragmatic personality with the ability to challenge established practices constructively
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in Eindhoven and travel to Puurs approximately once or twice per month
