Job summary

The Member Company in Arnhem seeks a Quality Project Manager to drive PQ initiatives, develop QM plans, and coordinate improvements across international teams. You will lead project documentation, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality excellence.

Required are HBO-level technical education, 5+ years in a quality-focused tech environment, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. English and German language skills are a plus, with emphasis on audit methods and SAP/MS Office

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) in a technical field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical environment with a quality system.
• Leadership/management capabilities.
• Experience with audit techniques or internal auditor training; Lead Auditor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation: QM Plan, Process Flow Chart, Inspection Instruction.
• Coordinate improvement measures with multidisciplinary, international teams for quality issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Advise the MRB on rejected parts and co-decide on the outcome.
• Support feasibility studies and create product requirements for production processes with suppliers.
• Engage in client, supplier, and certification authority discussions (English and German).
• Lead PQ project team members.
