Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Netherlands seeks a Quality Assurance professional to drive continuous improvement and ensure that products meet customer and contractual requirements. You will lead audits, manage corrective actions, and integrate robust quality systems across manufacturing and logistics.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, FMEA, and process control planning, while promoting a culture of 5S, training, and internal auditing to strengthen reliability for customers globally.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher in Quality, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or quality.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and integrated management systems.
• Internal auditing knowledge and experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Audits and FMEA activities to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Conduct root cause analyses and containment actions for quality issues.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure training and application.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the defined perimeter.
• Coordinate derogations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support 5S and adherence to all quality, environmental, and safety rules.
• Participate in the Internal Auditor community and collective learning.
