Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives at the Holland, MI site.

The role focuses on ensuring customer requirements are understood and met, driving corrective actions, and maintaining high standards of quality across processes. Strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum of three years in a quality role with SOPs, projects, timelines, layouts, APQP, quality core tools, layered audits, TS.
• Automotive industry experience is required.
• Demonstrates high standards of performance and accountability.
• Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of a CUSTOMER-FOCUSED culture.
• Communicate quality objectives with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure customer requirements are identified and met in finished product quality.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system at the plant site.
• Collect data, monitor metrics, and publish statistics on plant performance.
