Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Engineer for a 1st shift at the Holland, MI plant. You will drive quality improvements, support Safe Launch, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining robust quality systems.

You will be on the plant floor, collaborating with QE teams and production to ensure parts meet exacting customer requirements. The role emphasizes APQP/PPAP processes, dimensional data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a 2- or 4-year college.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing analysis of production process inputs/outputs to meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate Safe Launch hand-off and assure documentation for MRD/PPAP readiness.
• Manage quality system changes post-launch and respond to customer complaints.
