Job summary

Hoshizaki Europe B.V. is seeking a Logistics Procurement & Distribution Specialist in Amsterdam to optimize inventory, maximize service levels, and minimize costs across warehouses, 3PLs, and freight forwarders.

The role drives continuous improvements and cost transparency within the supply chain. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Sales, Finance, Planning, Distribution) to ensure efficient transport and warehousing aligned with MTBP objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field required.
• 5-7 years of logistics/supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and cost-control capabilities.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operational KPIs across warehouses and 3PLs.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in warehousing and transport.
• Analyze cost drivers and validate invoices from 3PLs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on logistics topics.
• Lead continuous improvement across the logistics network.
