Job summary

Danone is seeking a Quality and Food Safety Intern in the Netherlands to support end-to-end complaints management within the co-manufacturing network. You will track complaints, verify investigations with co‑manufacturers, document findings and keep the platform up to date.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, sharp communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. The internship runs from November/December 2026 for at least 6 months, with 4–5 days per week,

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a Masters student during the entire internship period.
• Experience with complaints management is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of end-to-end complaints management process.
• Track and monitor consumer and customer complaints throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturers to verify investigations and gather information.
• Document investigation findings and update the complaints platform.
• Support automation and reporting of KPIs.
