Wulro zoekt een Quality Control Officer om kwaliteitsnormen door het hele productieproces te waarborgen. Je werkt nauw samen met laboratorium-, QA- en productieteams en identificeert kansen voor kwaliteitsverbeteringen en efficiëntie.

Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor product- en procescontroles, traceerbaarheid en tijdige communicatie van afwijkingen, met een focus op hygiëne en GMP-standaarden. Een langdurige, professionele werkomgeving wordt geboden.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur in Voedings Technology of verwant vakgebied
• Voldoende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Ervaring in een voedingsproducentomgeving
• Kennis van HACCP, BRC, IFS of GMP normen
• Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en proactieve aanpak met sterke organisatorische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden

Responsibilities

• Monitoren en controleren van product- en proceskwaliteit, inclusief monstername, laboratoriumcoördinatie en beoordeling van testresultaten
• Zorgen voor volledige producttraceerbaarheid door registratie en bewaking van productstromen van ontvangst tot levering aan klant
• Identificeren en communiceren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen met duidelijke aanbevelingen en ondersteuning bij corrigerende acties
• Ondersteunen van continu verbeteren en naleving door onderhoud van hygiëne-, veiligheid- en kwaliteitsnormen en bij producten- en procesontwikkeling

Over de functie

As a Quality Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety and compliance throughout the production process. Working closely with laboratory, QA and production teams, you help identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to building efficient, reliable and high-quality processes.

• Monitor and control product and process quality, including sample preparation, laboratory coordination and evaluation of test results
• Ensure full product traceability by accurately registering and monitoring product flows from receipt through to customer delivery
• Identify and communicate quality deviations in a timely manner, providing clear recommendations and supporting corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and compliance by maintaining hygiene, safety and quality standards and contributing to process, system and product development

Wat wij vragen

• MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably in Food Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in Dutch language and English language as well
• Experience in a food production environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS or GMP quality standards
• Accurate, structured and proactive approach, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
