Job summary

Booston BV zoekt een kwaliteitscontrolemedewerker die verantwoordelijk is voor de bewaking van product- en proceskwaliteit in de voedselproductie. U werkt nauw samen met laboratorium, QA en productie om kwaliteitsverbeteringen door te voeren.

De functie vereist ervaring in een voedselproductie-omgeving, kennis van HACCP en gerelateerde standaarden, en een nauwkeurige, proactieve werkhouding. Een vast dienstverband en doorgroeimogelijkheden worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO+/HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur in Voedingsmiddelentechnologie of een verwant vakgebied.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring in een voedselproductie-omgeving.
• Kennis van HACCP, BRC, IFS of GMP-kwaliteitstandaarden.

Responsibilities

• Bewaken en stureren van product- en proceskwaliteit, inclusief monstername, coördinatie van laboratoriumwerk en evaluatie van testresultaten.
• Zorg voor volledige traceerbaarheid door registratie en bewaking van productstromen van ontvangst tot levering.
• Identificeer en communiceer kwaliteitsafwijkingen tijdig, geef duidelijke aanbevelingen en ondersteun corrigerende acties.
• Ondersteun continue verbetering en naleving door vasthouden aan hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.

Over de functie

As a Quality Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety and compliance throughout the production process. Working closely with laboratory, QA and production teams, you help identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to building efficient, reliable and high-quality processes.

• Monitor and control product and process quality, including sample preparation, laboratory coordination and evaluation of test results
• Ensure full product traceability by accurately registering and monitoring product flows from receipt through to customer delivery
• Identify and communicate quality deviations in a timely manner, providing clear recommendations and supporting corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and compliance by maintaining hygiene, safety and quality standards and contributing to process, system and product development

Wat wij vragen

• MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably in Food Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in Dutch language and English language as well
• Experience in a food production environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS or GMP quality standards
• Accurate, structured and proactive approach, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
