Job summary

Wulms Egg Group zoekt een Quality Control Officer om kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen in het productieproces. Samen met laboratorium, QA en productieteams identificeer je verbeterkansen en ondersteun je bij het ontwikkelen van efficiënte processen.

Je bewaakt traceerbaarheid van grondstoffen tot levering aan klant, meldt afwijkingen tijdig en draagt bij aan hygiëne, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Een proactieve aanpak en organisatorische vaardigheden zijn vereist.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO+/HBO-opleiding in voedingstechnologie of gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
• Ervaring in een voedingsproductieomgeving.
• Kennis van HACCP, BRC, IFS of GMP.

Responsibilities

• Bewaken en controleren van product- en proceskwaliteit, incl. monsters, coördinatie van laboratorium en evaluatie van testresultaten.
• Zorg voor volledige traceerbaarheid door registratie en monitoring van productstromen van ontvangst tot levering aan klant.
• Identificeer en communiceer kwaliteitsafwijkingen tijdig, geef duidelijke aanbevelingen en ondersteun corrigerende acties.
• Ondersteun continue verbetering en naleving door onderhoud van hygiëne, veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen en bijdrage aan proces- en productontwikkeling.

Over de functie

As a Quality Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety and compliance throughout the production process. Working closely with laboratory, QA and production teams, you help identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to building efficient, reliable and high-quality processes.

• Monitor and control product and process quality, including sample preparation, laboratory coordination and evaluation of test results
• Ensure full product traceability by accurately registering and monitoring product flows from receipt through to customer delivery
• Identify and communicate quality deviations in a timely manner, providing clear recommendations and supporting corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and compliance by maintaining hygiene, safety and quality standards and contributing to process, system and product development
