Job summary

Rotterdam Trading Office B.V. in Delft seeks a Quality Control Specialist to ensure product quality, traceability and supplier compliance across audits, inspections and reports.

You will perform trend analyses, risk assessments and corrective actions while supporting continuous improvement in an international, fast-paced environment. English fluency and at least 2 years in quality control are required; Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in food science, food safety, quality, technical, business, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or similar role
• Knowledge of EU food safety legislation and quality standards
• Experience with audits, supplier assessments, or GFSI standards is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Handle quality claims, perform trend analyses, and prepare regular quality reports
• Execute Own Brand risk assessments and support product development projects
• Conduct QC inspections for stock intakes, first delivery inspections, pre-shipment checks and follow up on corrective actions
• Monitor supplier compliance, audits, and laboratory analysis results
• Maintain quality documentation, traceability records and supplier files
• Support supplier audits, traceability exercises, recalls and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with food safety, quality and customer requirements
• Organize and maintain up-to-date records in QA systems and databanks

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Rotterdam Trading Office, located in Delft, the Netherlands.

Job Description

Aselectionof your responsibilities within your role:

Handling quality claims, performing trend analysis, and preparing regular quality reports

Have...
