Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH offers a bachelor or master internship in the Customer Quality Care department. You will support improvement initiatives, coordinate projects, and help with reporting, communication, and process effectiveness.

The role provides coaching and exposure to international project management in a high-tech environment. Expect to work 24–40 hours per week for at least five months, with at least three days on-site in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, project management, industrial engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills when working with different stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive and able to learn in a dynamic environment; basic data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and follow-up of customer quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare project updates, meeting summaries, and action tracking documentation
• Assist with maintaining project standards and process documentation
• Contribute to communication materials, presentations, and department visibility activities
• Support data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder discussions
• Help prioritize and monitor improvement activities within the department portfolio
