Quality Analyst

We’re a leading beverage manufacturer based in South Holland, and we’re looking for a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our Quality team! 🌟

In this role, you’ll help us maintain the highest standards of product quality across our entire beverage range. You’ll inspect and test raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure everything meets customer specifications, food safety regulations, and internal standards.

Quality Control & Analysis

• Review and verify customer quality specs to make sure every product meets expectations.
• Double-check the quality and quantity of all incoming raw materials — nothing gets past you! 👀
• Perform hands‑on quality tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Evaluate packaging and labeling to ensure everything is traceable and perfectly identified.
• Prepare and test final product samples so our customers always get the best of the best. 🧪
• Support internal and external audits — and take pride in every great result.

General Responsibilities

• Record and manage test results across different systems — accuracy is your thing.
• Spot and handle non‑conformities, keeping the right teams in the loop.
• Carry out hygiene and GMP inspections in production areas to keep standards sky‑high.
• Share your knowledge by training colleagues in different areas.
• Keep the lab running smoothly by ensuring materials are stocked and ready.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment right on schedule.
• Create clear, timely reports that help management make data‑driven decisions. 📊
